THE NEED
Mobilizing
an organization to adapt its behaviors in order to succeed in the new
business environment is critical. Without such change, any company
would stumble. In order to have transformed organizations, we need
transformed people. We need leaders who are the catalysts for adaptive
change. Culture brokers are people who can help break down
long-standing behavior patterns of hierarchy and control and then
create an environment of inclusion and collective wisdom. Culture
brokers stimulate people to adapt to their new roles and the new
realities of work. Culture brokers act as linking agents to repair,
renew and revise relationships from the interpersonal to the systems
level so that organizations can build capacity from within to adapt to
change.
WHAT WE OFFER
Bridges
in Organizations. Inc. in collaboration with the organizational
transformation firm, Harmony, has developed an intensive facilitation
program for building internal organizational capacity for adaptative
change. Based on a set of shored standards, we work in partnership with
our client organizations to choose and prepare new leaders. We prepare
them to model and facilitate change through their skills,
self-motivation, commitment, risk-taking, collaboration and creativity. We offer a nine-day (three 3-day modules) intensive training
program which is spread over a four- month period. It includes state of
the art technology in whole systems theory, coaching, emotional
intelligence, learning and organizational transformation. We provide
the best in assessment tools and supportive materials and we further
guarantee support to participants until they have achieved their stated
goals.
GOALS
- Build internal capacity for a new kind of organization able
to easily adapt to change and use the collective wisdom for corporate
gain.
- Prepare a cadre of people to:
- Identify challenges and frame key questions and issues.
- Intervene in underlying structures/patterns that keep the organization stuck.
- Help people negotiate conflicts and regulate distress.
- Address competing yet legitimate perspectives for the effective coordination of action.
- Support people to adapt to their new roles and the new realities of work.
- Act as linking agents to repair, renew and revise relationships from the interpersonal to the systems level.
