With over twenty-five years experience in management consulting and public service leadership, Scott has provided coaching, process redesign, staff and management development for businesses and government agencies both in the United States and internationally. Scott enables companies and agencies to better shape their future, determine their highest comparative advantage, and then develop the capacity within their staff to change their operations as needed. His assignments typically include system-wide change applications, strategic approaches to improving work processes and policies, and managing conflict across all levels of the organization. Scott is a certified consultant in organization development and has had extensive experience in state and federal government agencies as well as such companies as Whirlpool and Genus Credit Services.
